Referral and Compensation Disclosure

Capricorn Group Care may receive compensation from a participating provider following a successful placement, or under a separate marketplace agreement with a provider or transition-service partner.

Families are not required to select a participating provider and retain control over their final decision. Provider pricing, admission requirements and service agreements remain between the family or resident and the selected provider.

Application, onboarding, verification or directory publication does not guarantee leads, referrals, transactions, placements or revenue. Participating providers and transition partners remain independent organizations responsible for their own services, pricing, contracts, professional obligations and regulatory compliance.
