A Capricorn Verified™ designation means specified information or documentation was reviewed and recorded as of the date displayed. It is not a government certification, accreditation, endorsement or guarantee of future performance.

Provider Profile Status Indicators

Provider profiles may display separate status indicators where applicable, including:

• License Status
• License-Exempt Status
• Insurance Status
• Background-Screening Status
• Document Review Date
• Reported Availability
• Last Profile Update

Marketplace Status Labels

Provider profiles may show one of the following marketplace status labels: Application Received, Onboarding in Progress, Documentation Under Review, Approved for Marketplace, Capricorn Verified™, Verification Update Required, Temporarily Unavailable, Profile Paused, or Not Currently Accepting Inquiries. A provider is not displayed publicly while its status is "Application Received," "Onboarding in Progress" or "Documentation Under Review."

Availability Disclosure

Availability shown on provider profiles is reported by the provider and may change without notice. Capricorn will seek updated information before coordinating an introduction, but availability and admission are not guaranteed.
